I feel safe at this hotel.

I like the update room with USD ports and plugs for C-PAP.

I was an early check-in and that afternoon getting ready for work I went to get a cup of coffee, but it was empty. The guy at the desk stated that it was too much trouble to make more. I would have like to have a cup of coffee before work but, it's too much trouble for a paying guest. That I don't like.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cracked floor, no mats so we tracked mud in. Very skimpy supplies.

The location was good, near to everything. They have accessible laundry.

The place is so run down. Floors were messed up causing a tripping hazard. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows too. No carpet or rugs. The bathtub didn’t drain.

They don't provide drinking water bottle in the room.

Our bathroom was dirty. The floor in the room was dirty. We could smell the dumpster from our room. We did not get the room we booked because Booking overbooked and our room was given to someone else. The stairs to our room were crumbling.
