"Excellent"

Water pressure is good. Air conditioner is cold.

Noisy construction next door. People downstairs with very noisy dogs let their dogs poop without picking it up. I pick up mine and theirs so I don't have to smell it because it is directly underneath my room. I shouldn't have to do that.

"Great room, location and price"

One of the best beds I've slept on, great firm mattress, pillows still had good life, the veteran who was working was very personable and friendly. Great location in historical area, easy walk to lots of historical areas, definitely will book again. Room was clean and very comfortable. Definitely exceeded all expectations.

Liked the size of the room, it was quiet, the heating system worked great, the lighting was good, and the TV actually had a few commercial-free movie channels. The shower had good pressure and heat.

The bed was way too firm for my lower back so did not get a full night's sleep. I booked the room because it said it had a sofa, which I thought I could sleep on if the bed was too uncomfortable; spoiler alert - there was no sofa, just a wide upholstered seat against a wall.
