Just that the pool didn't work .

Centrally location downtown was helpful. Parking was great--right outside of door. Ice making machine on second floor made great ice. Staff was attentive to requests and friendly. Breakfast area small but adequate. The carpet in our room (and probably in other rooms) IS IN DEFINITE NEED OF REPLACEMENT ASAP!!! It's awful-looking, feels dirty underfoot, and does not smell good, I would NOT recommend anyone stay here until carpet is replaced throughout the building. The pool was filled only a foot or two with green dirty-looking water. The picture of the blue, clear water in the pool on the website is NOT accurate as of 6/21/25. So, if parents are thinking this is a good, relatively inexpensive motel where kids can swim in a nice, clean pool, then think again. I have a picture of the pool that I can post, but don't see a place for it here.

Good value. Walkable to a city park.

To be honest we were turned away as I’d forgotten to top up my foreign currency wallet on my phone.

Instead of contacting me about payment they rented the room to someone else. They claimed they had no rooms even though on bookings.com they were showing availability.

Location was on the parade route so was convenient to watch without the crowd.

Wish the pool was functional
