"Net curtains badly needed downstairs"

Convenient location for the college. Staff helpful as much as they could

REALLY BAD. My room was ground floor and looked onto car park. People came within 1 metre of my window to feed their EV meters. They could see straight in my room. I had to close the windows despite the sunny morning. NO NET CURTAINS SO I HAD TO KEEP THE DARK CURTAINS DRAWN ALL THE TIME. The hotel was full so no chance to change, but this should not be occurring to anybody anyway.

Everything I requested was done [sofa bed was made up]. The room was still spacious and the beds were comfy.
