Not bad. Only place in motel that was clean

Maintenence of room and facility. Housekeeping terrible in room. Staff unfriendly maybe tired of customers complaining about things.

"Laughing clerk get some manners"

Been a long time Wyndham Member since they started 20 plus years. Let me say I booked room thru the app as usual. My card had not been updated on the app and had 27 as the expiration date. I called at 1:49 on April 16th to them to add my wife as a secondary person to check in. My wife goes to check in before 8 tonight. The clerk says they cancelled room because of wrong card on file, why not call us before cancelling.. After fighting with us another person snagged the last room online supposedly. Been staying at that place 5 times the last year, never again. The female clerk could use manners and laughed at my wife. I Foled complaint with Wyndham and will follow with manager. Long time Platinum/Diamond member

Location was great as there are many options for restaurants, shopping and entertainment near by.

The breakfast and pool hours didn't work for our schedule. One of the front desk receptionist was rude stating "you should of woken up earlier" when asking him about the breakfast hours. The washer was broken so we had to get pool towels when requesting towels for the morning. Housekeeping was banging on the door at 10 am to clean the room when check out was at 11 am.
