Good Continental Breakfast, good customer service, The night desk agent was Great!

Phone on room couldn't connect to front desk, it didn't work at all. Things could be alittle cleaner in breakfast bar area.

Paid for a suite and instead of putting us in the king studio suite we paid for we got put in a regular room that they put a hot tub in. Then couldn’t even stay in that room because when I pulled the covers back it was bed bugs in the bed. Got put in another room downstairs where it smelled like Dog Ass cause people had dogs that smelled like they were shitting in the hallway. After all this no one seems to can get a hold of a manager so we can get our money back that we paid for the suite. Paid 362.60 and got put in a $79 room. Now we are being told to call back Monday and still haven’t gotten the $100 deposit back that we paid when we got the room. We got brushed off and no one seems to know anything or how to help us get our money back that’s owed. Keep what a regular room cost but the rest just give it back that should be easy but yet I think they have been scamming people out their money.

There was a desk and chair in in our room. They had a good breakfast too.

The TV was on a table at the SIDE of our King Bed, so we could not prop our pillows up and watch TV. Kind of a bummer when we're retired folk. We had to sit in the office chair and at the edge of the bed, so it wasn't so comfortable or relaxing that way, and we ended up turning it off. We didn't complain or change rooms because it was a very good nightly rate.

Great place to stay but does not clean up snow/ We had to extend our stay because of snow which was no problem but the hotel did nothing to clean sidewalks or parking lot. All businesses near by had parking lots clean and sidewalks safe. There was a lot of snow but still no sweeping or cleaning of outside. Very unsafe
