Wife was in hospital. Stayed 2 nights $593.50. Room was not clean. Will NEVER stay at an americinn again. Absolute bull.

I booked my room online after getting to amerInn hotel i was told I had to pay a deposit.i didn't understand if a deposit was due why my card wasn't charged for it..I DONT KNOW so I explained I had no more money on my card AND I HAVE CASH I gave them 100 DOLLARS CASH I was given my key I went to my room laid down got a little rest and I hear SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR VERY LOUD...TWISTING THE KNOB I then jump up and im being told a deposit wasn't paid .I explained I did pay cash AND I WAS RUDELY PUT OUT...POLICED CALLED ON ME AND TRESSPASSED FROM THE PROPERTY ...very bad experience and im traumatized 😞

If cameras were looked at and seen their employee get a 100 cash from me they would have known what happened...I was given no chance to talk I was greeted with pure disrespect

There were fleas in the room. I alerted the desk staff and brought her a flea that I was able to catch and kill in the bathroom 15 minutes after we checked in. She said she would let someone know. The next morning, I asked the desk employee on shift if there was a note on our visit because there were fleas in the room. She said she didn’t know and told me that the room we were in wasn’t even a pet room (we checked in to that room with a dog). I told her I brought a flea in a cup last night so they could be aware of the situation and treat the room. She said she would let management know, but she didn’t know if they would even be in since it was Friday or if they would be in over the weekend at all. I returned to the room and spotted 2 more fleas on the bed that I was not able to capture. They jumped and landed on the black carpet and I couldn’t find them. I went back to the clerk and asked to cancel my 2nd night reservation due to the infestation and she told me she wasn’t able to do that. She said there was no supervisor and no one she could call and she couldn’t even check me out early without supervisor approval. She said she didn’t know if I would be charged or not for the 2nd night and there was nothing she could do. All of this, made the sink faucet that sprayed out in all directions and the dog hair trapped in the fibers of the “non-pet room” barely noticeable. Spent a whole week calling daily to speak with a manager. End result- I was told the housekeeper didn’t note any fleas in the room, so no refund. Charged BOTH nights. Completely disgusted with the service.

Not great, pool advertised it open at 7:00 a.m. but did not till 10:00 a.m., breakfast was posted in some places as ending at 11:00, but they had to sign up that said nine taped over it. Just a mess overall.

It was beautiful. The staff made sure everything was perfect and clean.

The lights didn’t come on it the pool till 7 pm

Clean room. Nice decor. Really liked the stay especially for the price!

Room was clean but the sink faucet sprayed all over the counter and there was no ice machines working in the building. The front desk lady offered to buy ice for us at the gas station.
