I had a great stay! Hotel is very quiet and clean. The breakfast beffet was way above average. Lots of choices. Delicious waffles, plus several healthy options. Again, very well tended and clean. Pool area is just beautiful. Staff was extremely polite and friendly. I'll be back!

1) Entrance doors were all manual, making bringing the luggage cart inside a pain in the ass. Isn’t that an ADA violation? 2) The elevator was ridiculously slow. After choosing the floor, a good 10 seconds would pass - despite hitting the ‘close door’ button - before the door closed. The elevator was consistently wet and evidence of liquid spills. 3) You have a “bar” on site, yet I couldn’t charge to the room nor use a cc. No wonder it was rarely busy. 4) Night duty personnel failed to enforce pool close times. 2/3 nights there was music blaring from the pool area WELL after midnight. I was on the 3rd floor and could’ve sang along, it was that loud. 5) The luggage carts sounded like they’ve never been serviced/lubricated. 6) Hot tub temp could’ve been raised 5-7 degrees.

Nice place! Kept our teen boys busy enough with the pool and game room. Breakfast was done very well ✔️ 👌🏻 We came for a banquet that was held in La Sures and the food they had catered was great! Hotel was clean, beds super comfortable and spacious. Hopeful our annual banquet will be held here again next year!

The pool was wonderful for our kids and the little snack shop always helps with kids. The facilities were clean and stocked. The lobby was nice with chairs to sit and chat with family.
The front desk was a little hard to reach when we would call to ask questions.
