The front doors were difficult to use while maneuvering suitcases. I really wish they had been automatic. Also, the shower heads may have been meant to be massaging, were not very good.

Smell of the room was horrible, to say the least. Manager even came up to the room and was disgusted herself, definitely wanted to make you throw up, sooooo bad, and now its been a few days and noone has contacted me regarding any of this and when I checked out the lady was quite rude when I told her the issues. Plus the noise from the roof, sounded like people were up there and water flooding constant, weird thing we were on the 3rd floor. My daughter and I had to have the windows open and freeze all night just to try and keep the smell away, absolutely ridiculous. I'm so mad at the lack of help and rudeness
