Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bethel/Danbury

The staff were absolutely wonderful. The lady who was cleaning was very nice and I can say she works very hard! It was very quiet, something that is unheard of at other places I have stayed!

It would have been nice to get coffee in the lobby area as I love my coffee. It was only available early morning.

The breakfast was simple and the coffee was good, which is the most important to me :-)

We stayed at this location before. Our previous room was in good shape. The motel room this time was a little shabby, but clean. Also, there was a charge for wifi that I hadn't noticed when booking.

mold along ceiling in bathroom When we got to breakfast there wasn"t much of a selection left There was a family there filling their bags with the food, filling their bottles with juice etc. When we tried to find out if more was coming we couldn"t get the girls to understand us

My husband fell in the shower very slippery hurt his arm and I got bit up by bugs the front office didn’t come to see or care

Selection very limited. Did not eat/drink anything

No restaurant. Drive to a decent restaurant.

The accessibility for my wheelchair was perfect. I now know where to actually find a room that I can actually use

The parking lot! A semi truck tried to pull into the lot and asked me to move my van from the handicap parking lot! Seriously told me to "Go ahead and just move so he can get in!" Then since there were other handicap drivers parked he still struggled. Maybe truckers need to know that the lot is not suitable

Looked like a cheap motel. Lobby and hallway smelled like marijuana. Room smelled liked a dead rodents. Did not stay at property and requested a refund.
