My family stayed here for a couple months while our house doen the street got major repairs done. The stay here was amazingly comfortable. The front desk staff was wonderful! Antonia and MartaVis were especially amazing, very friendly every single time we saw them, and so so helpful when we needed something! Our rooms were very accessible and our disabilities were accommodated greatly

Some of the breakfast items seemed a little subpar. Mostly the scrambled eggs were a bit too wet.

Everything that Sonesta ES Suites offers we even had packages delivered, the staff at the Front Drsk was exceptional loved it

Pessoas na piscina a noite fazendo barulho. Liguei para a recepção e o funcionario disse que não podia fazer nada! ! ! Absurdo. Podia sim desligar a luz da piscina, som … má vontade

The $10 charge for each individual package that arrives for a guest was a low point. I can understand that there is extra admin, but $10 on a $15 envelope/ package is a bit too much. Perhaps a reduced per package cost or daily fee or per visit might be more acceptable.
