Very close to things

I complained about the bed. Neither myself or husband are big people but when I went to lived I felt like I was sleeping on the side of a cliff. I had to switch rooms. The second room had a much better room. When I complained to the staff they were like well that’s it. I told them to come in the room but they wouldn’t. One of them finally offered another room.

"The best part was to leave the property"

Starting from reception negative impression started to built. At the reception the employee was not able to answer any question that I ask.Robot check-up would be more efficient ! When I made reservation I specifically asked a very quite room and during check up I reminded my desire and he gave me nosiest room ever of course next day I canceled my further reservations for ever. Breakfast was like a pet food, coffee was good and the BEST part of all was to leave the premises.

Breakfast was plentiful and adequate. If they could make a fried egg station ..it would be better.

Didn't like how we didn't have someone to throw out the garbage even every day or drop off new towels. I felt like cleaning every 7 days was too long of a policy and puts the hotel at risk for attracting rodents ...especially if you have guests who leave garbage out in the open for days on end.
