ibis Liverpool Centre Albert Dock – Liverpool One

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was also a lovely seating area and bar showing the World Cup matches, and the check-out process was easy and straightforward.

The room was quite small, with very little walking space around the bed. I also didn’t like that the toilet door didn’t lock. In addition, there was a constant trickling-water sound coming from the air conditioning unit, even though it was turned off.

That it was close by to the Albert dock

Mattress on the bed felt very thin and hard. Staff not overly friendly

I’ve stayed here a few times and I would recommend as it’s quite central. In the city centre, close to all the shops, docks and bus station.

The receptionist said my room number out loud when she was handing me my key. For safety reasons I’m a female and sometimes travel alone and with the way of the world today, I really don’t think the staff should not be saying room numbers out loud especially since it’s written down anyway.

Loved the location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

I would have liked USB ports in the room.
