The young girls on reception when I arrived,was unbelievablely unhelpfully and disintrested,sat there whith her chin cupped by her hands.

Her total disregard for her customer and ability to deal whith it professionally.

Breakfast was lovely but a little more variety would be lovely but no fault to hotel maybe the one who managed ibis as a whole industry but the hotel I stayed were above and beyond

Nice room, friendly staff, helpful staff, nice bed, good shower, spacious room, TV worked well. Easy to find the room. Good car park.

Would be nice if each person gets a few tea bags or coffee sachets not just one of each.
