The receptionist was welcoming and supportive.

After shower the water was not draining at all. No drinking water was provided. The staff never collected the used cups for wash.

Good location for visiting family. Cheap and clean enough. Staff are lovely. Facilities locally are good, pub, supermarket, petrol station and a McDonald's.

I have stayed a few times over the past few weeks visiting a sick relative. The facilities get worse the higher the floor, I have stayed on every floor, today on the 3rd, plastic chair, no milk or hairdryer.
