The location of the hotel was really great. It’s very walkable and quiet. The room and bathroom were very clean and well kept.

Excellent location, 10 minute walk to centre of Glasgow. Upon arrival staff were friendly and welcoming. I had forgotten my Belgian Shepherds bedtime Teddy so they kindly provided one for me to borrow (this was a life saver). The value for money was excellent. I’ve paid similar prices for Premiere Inn/Travel Lodge without the luxury coffee machine or outrageously comfortable bed!

My phone to order room service didn’t work so I had to go back down to order at the bar, however no one could find the bartender. I waited a while which wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t exhausted from a long drive. When I went downstairs to order the lift kept getting stuck, some buttons didn’t work
