Recently attended the Novotel on Pitt St. for a training course. The facilities provided were very good and all the staff were polite and helpful. Special shout to Sinead who went above and beyond to ensure all the candidates on the course were catered for - certainly made a huge difference to the overall impression we were left with.

I recently attended a course at the Novotel Glasgow, hosted by Sinead. I found the experience extremely worthwhile from start to finish. Sinead ensured the event was well organised, welcoming, and ran smoothly throughout. "Pretty poor value"

Not worthy of 4 stars. Got disabled room I didn’t ask for with connecting door with noisy adjacent room. Dirty cutlery, slow and erratic lifts, room service qr code doesn’t work, very average burger with no sauces or condiments. Very bad value for money
