The location was convenient

First got given a room with an unlocked interconnecting door which felt very unsafe. I asked to change room which the team accommodated immediately. The second room was not cleaned well and had poor lighting, very outdated and misleading photos. I ended up leaving within an hour as felt so uncomfortable and found another local hotel whose price was the same and the standard was significantly better. I spoke to reception the next morning and explained however management never got back to me to discuss this. Very disappointing overall.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location.

Cobwebs on bedroom ceiling. Very loose en-suite door handle. Quite noisy corridor. Over bath shower. Slow service at bar.

The hotel was very well maintained, good location. Clean. Staff were so friendly. The chap in the breakfast room especially lovely.

No real complaints. The toilet in the room being separate from the shower and basin was a bit odd. But didn’t cause us too much of an issue.

Lo que más me gustó la amabilidad de su staff. Al llegar me comunicaron que tenía un upgrading a una habitación mejor. Una agradable sorpresa. Cerca de todo y a 11 minutos de la Estación Central de tren. Tenía cafetera de cápsulas Nespresso que para una amante del café es un plus. Una experiencia perfecta. Volvería a repetir.

La chambre était grande et le personnel accueillant.

Une porte était fermée à clé entre notre chambre et celle du voisin ce qui fait que l’on pouvait enrôlés conversation téléphonique du voisin.. et femmes de ménage un peu bruyante le matin « tôt ».
