The Presidential Beijing

Two weeks at this hotel - have stayed here before - and the place has gone downhill a little. Furniture is a little shabby and management needs to take steps to enforce the recently-regulated interior smoking ban.

房间宽敞、位置不错

チェックインしようとしたら、予約が入っていないと。メールを見せて、クレジットカードで支払い済と言っても確認できない、と。 日本の窓口に電話して、ホテルに電話してもらい、ようやく予約が確認できた。要すること2時間。電話が通じなければアウトでした。 ホテルの設備、サービスはよかったが、予約が確認できなければ致命的。

Wij verbleven ruim een week in het Presidential Hotel en hebben enorm van ons verblijf genoten. Gastvrije ontvangst bij de receptie, mooie lounge, prachtige en zeer ruime kamer, groot zwembad. Ontbijtbuffet was heel uitgebreid en smaakvol, met een combinatie van Chinese en internationale gerechten. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en sommige medewerkers zijn afkomstig uit Europese landen, zoals Servië, Engeland en zelfs Nederland. Daardoor makkelijke communicatie.

Nice place to meet friends. The staff is very nice too.

호텔은 조용하고 직원들 친절 했읍니다. 지저분하지는 않았지만 다만 노후 때문에 살작 개선이 필요한듯 하네요. 프런트 콘시에지 직원분 덕분에 좋은 식당 추천 받았읍니다. 특히 떠나는날 오전 외국인 지배인? 께서 택시 직접 대절 해주고 친절한 설명까지 고마웠읍니다. 가격대비 좋았읍니다.

The hotel is strategically located - at most 5 minutes walk to the train station and near to the financial street. Stayed a total of 4 nights for a conference which was held in the same hotel - saved me a lot of hussles of travelling. Hotel itself is at most a 4-star standard but you basically get what you need for a hotel stay and the price is decent if you pay anything below USD80. Overall I'm satisfied though not pleasantly surprised.

Overall was pretty good. Convenient to central city. Nice sevice trhoughout.
