Used the tub And there was a leak room floor filled with water

This location is clean and functions well enough, breakfast and facilities are good. Customer service however is non existent. We stayed two nights and requested multiple times a turndown service and towels . We ended up making our own beds, getting our own towels, and taking out our own trash. We even tipped the housekeeper on QR code …for what? Amazing right! The front desk claims housekeeping begins at 8am… really? Don’t you think that’s a bit early Hilton? Who isn’t in there room at 8am? I would wager most guests are. When we attempted to get the front desk to give us a turndown service, she claimed the housekeepers had gone for the day. 2/18 @ 5:10pm for your records. Room 309 Basically our stay was made far more stressful than it should have ever been. It’s open incompetence disguised as costumer service. It’s flat out what is easier for you (the hotel) versus what’s inconvenient us, the guest. Will never stay here or at any Hilton in general at this point. The lady at the front desk tried. As far as staff and service it was good but the room i was in the guess next door was loud so the next day i was moved but overall everything else was good

Great property, just the Highway noise is loud at night time when trying to sleep.

Friendly staff. The room is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, I didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well equipped to meet your needs.

I was amazed the hot water for tea was never hot and I was told just use the microwave. The kitchen staff were very friendly, but had no English to speak of.

Lots of good places to eat very close to this property.

This hotel has a massive issue with their key system or a massive training issue. 3/4 nights it took multiple trips to get a key to work. The last night it took the master key. And a digital key was requested and never delivered. The last night we moved rooms due to an air conditioner issue and the 2nd room required a master key as well. The staff person said this happened all the time. And the beds are hard too. There are many other properties in the area including Hilton properties, just chose somewhere else.

Good breakfast
