"Poor house keeping and maintenance"

Food on floor, lip stick, urine and cigarette burns on sheet in pull out bed. Smelled bad. Alarm and phone did not work. Outlets did not work in a lot of places. Hot tub not working. Breakfast was sufficient

"Rude "

Unfortunately the lady working the desk the night I checked in was not friendly. I’d been traveling all day, initially went to the wrong hotel (that lady was so nice and greeted the moment I walked through the door) and was checking in around 8 pm at the correct hotel. The lady working the desk just stares at me waiting for me to give her the information she needed. Didn’t say a word until I did. No greeting. No asking me any questions. Normally this wouldn’t be such an issue in customer service but in a hotel setting I never know what they need, I don’t know that hotels process of checking someone in. The previous (incorrect hotel) greeted me and asked if I had checked in online, then asked for my reservation code, and finally asked my last name. Every hotel asks different questions. But here I was just stared at like I was a nuisance. This was my first impression and I’m back in Houston the next 2 weeks…as soon as I got to my room I booked another place to stay.

"Wedding stay"

Great place. Convenient to wedding venue . I loved the Christian atmosphere. The reception had a Guitarist who played and sang Christian music. Very appropriate and much appreciated. Hard to find these days

"Decent hotel"

Nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Sheets and blankets on bed were very rough like they were over starched. Overall decent.

"Not so clean ! "

The rooms were very too dirty! We stayed there for 6 nights and only got the room service once! There are few insects in the room. There were some stains on the bedding since day 1! The breakfast was decent and good options were available! The front desk gentleman was very nice! There was a big mall across the highway but there was no walking option!
