Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Woodlands

I loved everything about this hotel. Super close to Market Street where you can find lots of stores and restaurants. Nice for a evening walk. Rooms very clean and pet friendly. Staff was amazing.

Do not stay on the second floor. It smelled like urine.

The property was excellent for families, the suites had all we needed, the pool area and adjacent area was clean and available. will stay there again.

Difficult to get it and out of hotel with only one way in/out. Lots of security around the parking lot. No options to eat within walking distance.

Rented two rooms. Room 1 had a wasp problem weirdly enough. Room 2 had a bad AC and a busted pull out couch. Most disappointing of all was the broken hot tub…we had been looking forward to that all day. The algae ring around the water’s edge makes it obvious that this has been broken for some time, yet no indication of this online.

All night noises, banging, noises like furniture moving, hitting walls, etc...sofa bed was broken and very old....sagging...overall property was smelly, stinky...very old building...

I enjoyed the layout of the room. Only problem the refrigerator was at end of cabinets to the right and refrigerator door opened backwards which made it different to get into it. Pool/hot tub not working which disappointed my grandchildren.

Pool & hot tub closed - all of the employees at this property had excellent customer service skills. Very friendly very nice would definitely go back

The hotel is old and dated. When i checked in the lady at the front desk asked for my payment. After she swiped my card, she handed it back and told me that there was a crew working on the roof but she didnt think that it would be a problem because they would be working the next morning and if they happen to be there they wouldnt get started until 930 a.m. ., that would have been nice to know before i had paid for a non refundable room. Getting into the room and the furniture is VERY old and dingy i was leary of the couch and didnt feel comfortable sitting on it. After getting in rather late that night and getting to sleep my husband and i were woken up at 7.55 am on a Saturday morning with a crew hammering directly above our room! I called to the front desk and told them that we were told that they wouldnt be working until late if at all and the lady at the front desk said " I dont know what you want me to do about it" and hung up. It was rude and unprofessional and it is beyond me why anyone would place us in an annex of the building that was being worked on in the first place. I wont be staying here again.

In town for Thanksgiving week and this place was close to families condo. First the good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were two room suites and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. NOW the not so good. This place is in need of serious updating. Worse was the bathtub/shower. The tub would not fully drain. The water is dangerously hot. No safety mat for tub and it was a very narrow shower/tub. Felt very insecure when taking a shower even with a grab bar on the shower/tub wall. Aldo the shower head could not be adjusted. Breakfast was so so, some days better than others. Finally, it appeared the facility was overrun with children who were running up and down the hallways well past 11 p.m. leaving debris on the hallway floors.
