Great atmosphere and people friendly will be visiting again it’s like a different country to me must visit it again not far from Houston an next door to spring Texas nice pond and lovely pool area in the middle

"Good"

Room was canceled from a 2 queen bed suite to a king suite before I got there. Requested 2 queen when booking. First room had no air so I had the change rooms at 2 am. Second room smelled horrible. Mold on the ceiling. Absolutely disgusting.

"Perfect!"

Man this place is awesome. Seriously from the staff, breakfast and suites and service all just great. I highly recommend this as a family staycation. I had a solo staycation myself and it was phenomenal.

Property needed updating. Rooms need renovating & but other than that, the staffs are ok. Had my windshield broken on their property & I'm still waiting to hear back about repairing it.

"Good stay, so-so cleaning"

I liked everything except having to request the cleaning of the room…We got so tired of waiting that we just changed the sheets ourselves…Other than that I liked it a lot…The girl working the front desk when I checked in was such a Sweetheart

"Get a way "

Lobby was clean, Room were very clean, elevator too. Breakfast was limited due to covid limitations. But it was ok. Over-all i would diffently stay again.

"Weekend getaway"

This was the ideal hotel to have a birthday celebration. Surrounded by shopping malls and plenty eateries. I would recommend it to friends and family. Swimming, parking and exercise room was always accessible. Outdoor walking park was safe and in view of hotel security cameras. Lightings outside and inside hotel was excellent. The swimming pool area could be updated with a better lifts for the handicap accommodation getting in and out of the pool and hot tub.

We have always stayed at this hotel when visiting grandchildren. Although it is an older property, it is consistent and reliable.
