"I was promised a clean and comfortable area to rest. A promised that was not kept."

Room wasn't clean. Tub wasn't clean. No hot water. Staff on duty would not assist in any way.

Relatively quiet and comfortable

Very dirty. Air coming through the door when shut and locked. Bathroom disgusting. Hair from previous guests all over tub and floor. Dust 1/4” thick on light stands, breakfast bar only had stale bread and muffin, phone chargers next to bed didn’t work and one of the plugs had melted and didn’t work, was scared to try it.

The location was perfect for me. And the breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. My room was very clean and nice. I couldn't have asked for a better room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
