Beds were great. there is a waffle house and an Applebees on either corner same side of street. Can walk.

Property is old and needs updating and upkeeping.

Although the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the overall condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing. Our first room had visible roaches, dirty linens, a refrigerator with spoiled food still inside, and a stained chair — it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected. We were moved to another room, but it had a strong mildew smell, which made it hard to relax. While the customer service was appreciated, the housekeeping team really needs to pay closer attention to detail.

It was close to where our family was. The bed was good, fridge kept things cold.

The lady that. He is us in had no idea how to research and issue. Paid for 2 rooms through booking.com she said only one payment went through then proceeded to yell at booking.coms ai never actually getting on the phone with anyone. After 45 mins of standing outside we asked if we could at least have the one room that was paid for. Then that’s when she said she could cancel the other booking and then we could repurchase the night stay. So we thought everything was good until we checked out 3 days later. That office person said booking did pay and that we had to call back when the manager was there to get refunded for us being charged twice for one of the room. Alls I can say is thanks to the last person checking us out but man. I don’t think we will be staying here the next time we are in town. sheets had burn holes in out nonsmoking rooms. It would be wise to not put your smoking rooms below the non smoking rooms. The air conditioner was so loud when it kicked off and on all night. The pillows were tiny squares. It would have been fine if we had two regular sized pillows. For the love of Pete get different toilet paper.

Aesthetic looks great, easy to get into with the key card, very roomy

The bathroom door was EXTRA squeak. The pillows were small. The TV was outdated, we really don't need cable. Just a TV we can mirror our phones with.
