I deeply spilled I wasn't in the room a full hour and received a call a family emergency a life threatening emergency and had to leave and they refused to give me a refund not even a half of refund!!! Very disappointed and disgusted and disagree with the way I was treated under those circumstances

At least refunded half my price for conditions beyond my control

Good location. Breakfast good. Bed and pillows good and comfortable.

Upon opening door, room was very hot; had to leave door open to get excess heat out; had to turn heat unit off. Hair on commode seat; wife was upset; I cleaned it off. There was a chip in the bath tub; I told the desk clerk. Drink matching empty.

Bathtub didn’t drain so while taking shower you have to keep your foot on drain switch so it drains the water
