"OK but we won't stay again"

We have family stationed in Corpus so we visit with some regularity. We have yet to stay in a hotel a second time. The Best Western was the best hotel we have tried so far, but we will keep looking. On the plus side, the hotel is well-located, quiet, and acceptably clean. Parking is secure but not free. On the negative side, it took work to stay at the Best Western for 3 days. We were more than ready to leave when it was time to check out. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were so hard, I had neck pain our entire stay. The shower floor was very slippery and no rubber bath mats were available (I asked). The toilet was very low and had a wonky flush (always required two tries). And the p-trap under the sink wasn't working well -- the sink area was stinky. It wasn't a relaxing stay, but at least it was safe and clean.
