Beds are hard , not comfortable

Aucun problème de panne d’ascenseur et personnel agréable pour nous pendant notre séjour. Proche de la baie.

Le fond sonore effectivement présent à notre étage comme relevé par d’autres clients.

I liked the location, the staff was nice and the rooms we're comfortable and cold!

Our room was quite dirty ,the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. And the breast was not good at all!!

Horrible Stay check in staff was very rude, Was placed on Pet floor was not advised of this dogs barking all night, room was noisy constant droning , growling,and banging, was not able to sleep, short staffed would not help us move rooms,only remarks made were u can call best western customer service i mean really that is not the way to handle problems, bugs crawled under the door during the night had to put towels to stop entry.breakfast time items were out and told did not have any more to replace least the attendant said sorry. first time heard that at this location,
