"Amazing Customer Service "

Amazing comfortable service. The hotel is remodel mode, but you would never know it. They did lack extra towel the day of arrival and pillows, but the lady at the front deck went beyond her call of duty to meet our needs.

"Convenient and clean with expensive parking"

Location is right in UC Davis complex. The pool was enjoyable and the staff was excellent.

You still have to pay an additional $25 a day for parking. And the food was like something you’d get in the middle school cafeteria.

"Other than that, our stay was fine."

Close to area I visited. Small dining area to purchase food items convenient.

Our room had dirty wash clothes in the shower. There were several pubic hairs in the queen bed. Very gross! We also found a room key just under the bed, this tells me the cleaning as NOT thorough.
