"Excellent"

The "king" sofa is a misnomer. It's a full pull out with a chaise that doesn't meet. Bless the staff, they were wonderful after getting hit by lightning, but one of the selling points was internet TV and it never came back and no consolation. Also, guaranteed with one credit card and gave another for incidentals but charged wholly on wrong one because the computers were down, but no communication. I want to emphasize the staff is great, but little tools to fix issues.

"Needs some TLC"

The sofa bed wasn’t clean. Bloodstains On bedding and trash under it. Bed not very comfortable. Breakfast good. Staff helpful. We just sorted the bedding on the sofa bed ourselves as housekeeping wasn’t available.

Breakfast was fabulous! Not super easy to find this place but doable! We had trouble with the A/C—-either too cold or too hot. Didn’t maintain a steady temperature in the room.

"Royals kind of 40th birthday "

The AC wasn’t working right I called front desk she came down and checked it out called the maintenance man AT HOME on his DAY OFF and he was there within 20 minutes to try and remedy the issue!!! Very friendly staff everyone!!! And we definitely would stay here again!!!

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel has great landscaping and neat little outdoor areas. The room was a little dated and a little run down but it was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

"Second Time A Mess Again "

This was the second time I booked at a Residence Inn and the room I booked and paid for was not available at check in. I ended up with a studio instead of a 1 bedroom suite and I still paid the same price.

Nice hotel close to shopping and dining. Hotel was clean with good amenities, bed was extremely comfortable.
