coffee in morning was very good, hot tub was hot, (although only half the jets were working)

Very disappointed that windows couldn't be opened in room, so despite a lovely view of the lake, no fresh air, furnishings, artwork, carpet throughout hotel all felt very bland and dated, omelet was dry, toast was cold
