Rigo was the bartender that night and welcome me with the biggest load of hospitality after a very long day! He was personable and accommodated anything I needed. He even stayed open in additional 30 minutes to make sure we were taken care of! He is amazing and a huge asset to your business! people need to come and stay here and definitely get to meet him!

"Appreciation for Rigo"

I have been coming to this hotel since October of this year. The main reason why I come here is because of Rigo. He is the man. He is the host, bartender and cook. His service is invaluable because his reviews was the reason why I chose this hotel. He is the Swiss army knife of the hotel. I love this guy and I brag to my co workers in the valley about him all of the time. They don't understand why I don't go to the other hotels that are closer in to everybody else. The rest of the team is great too but Rigo is my guy.

"Shuttle service and staff"

David and Jesus C made me feel safe and very welcomed to the McAllen area. They both made my trips to the airport and to the hotel very safe. They explained what the shuttle service included so I wouldn’t need to get Ubers/ Lyfts if needing anything around the hotel area. Very nice staff/drivers!
