Rigo made my trip amazing. He cooked the best food and made the best drinks. Made me feel at home. I will book here again because of him!

"Great food for a hotel!"

All of the staff are amazing and kind. A large group of us were here for work. Especially, Maria Gomez. She’s the cook in the mornings. She goes the extra mile to take care of guests and her cooking is incredible. It was a great pleasure to get to know all the front desk staff as well. They assisted all of us with as much as they could. Rigo is the only exception to the higher standard set by his peers. Attempting to fight a guest over no tip, although he forgot to place the order, placing it wrong, then getting visibly upset when the guest attempted to correct it. All this because Rigo was busy attempting to keep a female guest interested. Something similar happened again with Rigo last week. If Hilton is not willing to protect staff, then I’m not sure if this is the right place to stay at.

"Top notch Kitchen crew!"

The entire staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always wonderful and their house salsa is the best hotel salsa I've ever tasted. Maria Gomez is a friendly and talented cook who makes a killer omelette and always greets guests with a smile. Jose Luis is a top-teir server who knows his regular guests and never lets the coffee run dry. This team understands that winning in the hospitality business means having the best people!

"Long stay, awesome attention"

We stayed in McAllen for a medical treatment, for about a month. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big enough. The attention is AMAZING, specially during breakfast with Marichu (Maria Gómez) and José Luis.

Ask for Maria Gomez the cook to prepare you a wonderful meal. She is the best and makes every morning start as a great day!!! Rigo in the afternoons is a great help and makes you feel at home. This is by far one of the best places I have stayed.

"Quite an improvement from the last stay!!"

Checkin was quick and smooth. Staff were very organized and friendly. The room was clean and all worked as advertised. The WIFI was solid. Plenty of plugins for the tech. Restaurant and Bar was open and cold brews and tasty Grub. A short van ride to the airport so car required for us.( always a plus) a very good stay! I’ll be back when in town next time!
