"Excellent Hospitality"

I went to the bar at this hotel during my two day stay. I must say that Rigo is the absolute best. He is very welcoming and friendly. I appreciate his hospitality. I ordered some chicken wings and told him that prefer spicy food. He said, “I know what you’re thinking. I’ll make something for you”. Rigo must be a mind reader. Those were the best wings ever! I would return to this hotel because I was treated very well here. Thank you Rigo.

"Very clean and very professional staff."

Nice hotel very clean. I had some issues with humidity control in my room but overall stay was good. If you stay here stop by and visit with Rigo in the evening whether you want a bite to eat or have a drink. Rigo was the best enjoyed hanging out with made my stay fun.

"Best hotel bartender in Mcallen, TX"

Rooms are a little dated, but the service is great. I've stayed here multiple times. The highlight of my evenings is being able to have a cocktail and some laughs with the Bartender Rigo. Rigo typically has myself and whoever is there with me in stiches.

"The employees make this hotel the best in all of Texas!"

Third time in 2025 that we have rented rooms & banquet facilities from this hotel. ALWAYS stellar service from the staff. Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, Sales Manager etc., provide the best customer service. I will continue to utilize this facility because the employees make it worth it! This is by far my most favorite hotel to stay in when traveling to Texas for business. We look forward to seeing you all next year!
