Hilton Nashville Downtown

I traveled for a business conference and had an issue with my reservation. It could have been on my side or a timeout issue. Simone and Melody helped to support me. This was great service and outside the current standard. The hotel was booked but the group event resource Melody, advocated for me and was able to find me a room for the event. I was about to try and find other accommodations which would have been inconvenient. They both came to the rescue. It was a special moment where they pulled t the customer first.

Only one elevator was working, long waits. No coffee in the executive lounge in the morning, carpet is very dirty. The place is very very long in the tooth and needs updating.

We would like to recognize Will Martin at the front desk. The concierge was not available and Will helped immensely. He shared his vast knowledge of Nashville area and helped with booking a trolley tour and tickets for National Museum of African American Music (must visit!) and the Ryman. Very patient and kind individual.

I regret my stay at the Nashville Hilton Downtown. The first room they offered us on the 8th floor was pretty shabby. The couch was ripped in multiple places, there was a stain on the carpet, and the edges of the wood furniture were worn off. I was so embarrassed because this was a Mother's Day trip with my mom and it was pretty obvious that I overpaid. The staff seemed to be already aware of the issue and they immediately moved us when asked. The location is nice and it looks classy on the outside, but I recommend choosing another hotel in Nashville especially if you're not getting a budget rate. The high prices really don't match the level of service you get.

You can’t find a better location. It is in the heart of Downtown Nashville, less than a block off of Broadway and right off 4th street.

It is a nice property with great amenities. I also stayed here a year ago and the furniture needed refreshing then. I was disappointed to see that it was still the same, and a little more tired looking than last year.

Close to everything. Clean uncomfortable.

Had a great experience which started with Catherine at the front desk! I had another hotel booked and my reservation was messed up so I canceled and moved to the Hilton. So glad I did! They were able to accommodate and when I arrived got me an early check in. She was great, very helpful and even upgraded us which was so sweet. As a former Hilton employee I always like to recognize a team member who went above and beyond. Really started off our stay in a great foot. Location was perfect and the rooms were nice. Will be staying again in June and I’m looking forward to it!

LOCATION IS THE BEST ROOMS ARE AMAZING GREAT SIZE AND CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE SERVICE AT CHECK IN EASY PARKING VALET IS AMAZING HOTEL IS GREAT
