It’s in a very convenient location

Got stuck in the elevator upon arrival for 30 min and the staff seemed too nonchalant about the experience we had.

The location is great for concerts at the Bridgestone next door.

For the price, this location was lacking in amenities and updates. Everything was insanely overpriced and inconvenient. The furniture in our room had seen better days. The couch cushions were ripped and worn and the chair stained. Your standard hotel breakfast was $25 a person. Also had issues with being overcharged. Love the location and have stayed here in the past, but this time was not the best experience.

Too expensive. Nit good value. Room small. Bathtub too small. Staff was rude. Elevators took 5-7 minutes.

We had the best experience at the Hilton Downtown Nashville! We flew in and took a taxi from the airport. Our check in wasn't until 4:00pm but they have luggage valet so you can see if your room is ready to check in early or leave your luggage there and come back. Rachel answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. We travel a lot and she is fantastic! She is very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The hotel is next to Broadway. It is the perfect location! There are restaurants, bars, liquor stores, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. We were right next to the arena. We could see Broadway out our windows. The hotel is clean and all of the staff members were friendly. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in our bathroom was great. They body wash, shampoo and conditioner smell great and is so convenient. The breakfast is amazing! The cheesy potatoes were our favorite. Honestly if you stay here get the breakfast. There is a large selection of breakfast food and it is delicious. There is a Starbucks downstairs and even a park next door. We felt safe and it has a quiet atmosphere despite being in a busy location. With all the amenities offered it's a great value. Rachel also gave us directions and gave us a list of fun things to do in the area. Ask for her when you check-in. You won't be disappointed. We promise!

Best breakfast buffet in town. Susie makes amazing eggs and the service was incredible.

Great service. Breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Bertha very sweet and helpful and Susie makes great omelets! Whole experience here is lovely!
