Hotel staffs were very friendly! Very nice front desk staffs, especially Kabir and cafe experience were fantastic! Maid service was pleasant as well. I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Dallas.

Pricey for not including breakfast but convenient.

The staff were very nice. The accommodations were nice. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaints were: 1. While the steak I ordered at their restaurant was cooked medium rare as ordered, it was still tough. The quality did not match the price. 2. The flapper valve on the toilet slowly, but streadily leaked. This caused the toilet to refill repeatedly, which was irritating. Nonetheless, overall, it was a nice hotel that I would recommend.

I always enjoy staying here because it’s quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near my work areas. The hotel offers a wide range of services that make it easy to be there. From the Starbucks coffee bar in the morning to the valet service and laundry, everything is as expected.

The hotel is OK and some employees were very nice, but is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, the service can be better.

Terrible experience-had checked in online for two rooms and upon arrival at 6:45 pm was told by very rude desk agent that we were being moved across town for one night. We were told that we could return to their hotel for the two remaining nights. The hotel seems to be under very bad management and was not even apologetic. I am sure we would have been charged for the full three night stay if we had failed to check-in.
