Joshua was amazing upon check in. He welcomed us to the property with hospitality and kindness. Joshua set a great tone for our stay.

Normally, we have a good experience at this conveniently located Hilton in the Park Cities of Dallas. This time, it was not so great. The hotel was terribly understaffed for as crowded as it was. The property only has 2 elevators, so the wait times to go up to or come down from the room was very long. The hotel begrudgingly provides free coffee in the lobby in the morning, but it is only available between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM; not the best customer experience. If a Hampton Inn can provide free coffee all day, why can't a Hilton provide it (at least throughout the entire morning)? The bed in our room was terribly old and uncomfortable; it even made crunching sounds when you rolled over. Upon check out, we requested a bell man to help with our luggage and bags since we were on a shopping trip. After a 45 minute wait and no bell man, we shlepped all of our bags downstairs ourselves, enduring tortuous waits for the elevator since we had to make multiple trips. Until things improve, we won't be staying here again anytime soon.

Great location. Nice pool area. Bar was reasonable. Staff amazingly nice. Pool was beautiful. The meeting areas were good with food options. Breakfast was great.

Staff was quick to react when my first room had a very stained comforter and was generally not clean. Moved to another room but will likely stay elsewhere in the future.
