Hilton Dallas-Park Cities

The hotel is very nice. The employees really make the place special. Shaunda, at the front desk, was super helpful. The location is central to everything. I had a nice stay.

I took a business trip to Dallas and stayed at the Hilton Park Cities. It’s very clean with updated decor and furnishings. Kabir, at the front desk, was very professional and helpful. The room was quiet with a good view of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

we have enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Hilton Hotel and that’s a huge thanks to the staff specifically Kabir. Kabir has solved many of our inquiries and many more and also when Above and Beyond to make our experience, feel warm and welcoming. We look forward to coming back to our hotel specifically because of the caliber of service man ship that Kabir delivers for the guest of the Hilton hotel will be back just because of him holidays or not and happy to call this place a home away from home when we come to visit Dallas. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location - lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Kabir welcomed us at check-in and was so helpful. He noticed that our rooms weren't on the same floor and went out of his way to switch them and get us connecting rooms. The only reason I rated the hotel 4 instead of 5 was the parking situation. It's valet-only, which doesn't work for us. We found a garage a few blocks away, but it would have been nice to have a self-park option at the hotel. Otherwise, everything has been great.

The property was beautiful, clean and modern! The staff were extremely friendly, especially at the front desk! We had an issue checking in and Owen came and assisted us with a warm smile and assured us that he would resolve the issue and he did just did! Nothing beats a nice clean hotel in a great location with professional staff! Will definitely visit again!

From the moment I arrived, he was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. He handled everything efficiently while maintaining a friendly and attentive approach that truly stood out. I was also very pleased with the presentation of the room — it was clean, well-organized, and beautifully prepared, which added to my overall comfort and enjoyment. Owen’s outstanding hospitality and the quality of the accommodations set the tone for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and sincerely look forward to returning.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Dallas Park City for 3 nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Owen, who truly stood out with outstanding service. The room was cleaned properly every day, and the bed was very comfortable, which made resting easy and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the food was also very good. Overall, everything about my stay was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
