No complaints about the hotel stay. The staff were great, especially the happy hour. Everyone I came in contact with was great.

My wife and I stayed at this Hilton over the weekend while visiting our daughter, and we really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, which always sets the tone for a good trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after long days of being out and about. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt well taken care of. It was nice to come back each evening and actually be able to relax and unwind. The location worked out perfectly for us, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. No complaints at all just a smooth, easy stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at the Hilton Dallas City Parks about two weeks ago for a business trip, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was truly top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, respectful, and highly professional, which made my stay feel comfortable and stress-free. They really went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I would absolutely book this hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas.

I stayed here during the ice storm, and honestly, the experience was great. Even with the rough weather, everything went smoothly and the staff was extremely attentive. I had parked my car all the way at the end of the lot, and valet noticed and took the time to personally move it into the parking garage for me, which I really appreciated given the conditions. The room itself was extravagant very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I especially loved the kitchen and bar area; it was a really nice touch and made the stay feel even more upscale. Also, the pizzas were a highlight 10/10, highly recommend giving them a try. Overall, a great stay, especially during such a stressful weather situation.

Joshua the overnight receptionist went well beyond the duty of his call; his recommendation for restaurants in Dallas made our last night in TX extra special. What an excellent gentleman he was.

Kabil was extremely helpful, professional and so kind. It is always nice to have a personality like his to be the first face to greet you upon arrival.

The restaurant had good quality and well prepared food. The room size was adequate. The bed was comfortable. We loved the gym, it is well appointed. We appreciate the noon check out time. The staff is very friendly. I also like to have the key on my phone. I love the water in the lobby with the citrus fruit. The hotel lobby decor is nice.

Every day we should get 2 waters, not just the day that we check in, we pay the same rate daily. I should not have to ask for a robe and shower cap. Also, I should not have to ask for maid service daily, or maybe ask us when we check in in case we forget. We had noisy neighbors, maybe the walls are too thin. The thermostat was difficult to figure out. We wish that they had Netflix.

The resort offers valet drive-up service only. They can get rather busy at times, but the valet attendance really hustled. KABIR at check-in was very professional and treated us as VIP guests. We had only one issue during our stay: we asked for more conditioner, but they delivered body wash. I didn’t catch it initially at delivery. I’m not sure if that was a language issue or carelessness. This is a lovely, clean place to stay, well-managed.
