I feel bad giving this property a poor review because overall it is good to excellent. But the experience with the breakfast was so bad. The sever was not engaging, I had to get up from the table to find her to place the order and again to settle the bill. Even though I was dinning in, the meal arrived in a plastic takeout container with plastic utensils. The sad looking omelet sat on top of soggy homefries and had burnt bacon on the side. It was THE worst breakfast I have ever had. It was a disgrace they thought it was ok to serve it. Hilton should step in and make them fix whatever problems are occurring. It has a negative impact on the whole brand.

The staff did an exceptional job. I showed up to learn of a checkin issue. Chris, Allicia, and even the hotel manager on the phone from home were needed to resolve the issue. It ultimately was my mistake but they took care of me without issue. Well done and Thank you.
