The rooms were clean.

Pool was down the whole time. Staff kept pushing the repair time out and give different excuses. My son's dino fell down the elevator shaft n staff/ maintenance were rude n wouldn't do anything about that. Staff acted like they couldn't be bothered. They were short n uncaring. Lacking hospitality.

My room was actually clean

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by multiple disturbances and safety concerns. Throughout my stay, there were several individuals gathered outside the property engaging in loud behavior and smoking marijuana, which created an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, there were children repeatedly running up and down the hallways, causing excessive noise and disruption, especially during hours when guests expect quiet. More concerning, I observed children using the pool area without any adult supervision. This raises serious safety concerns, as the lack of monitoring could potentially lead to accidents or injuries. Overall, these issues made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay, and I expected a much higher level of comfort, safety, and enforcement of hotel policies. I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent similar situations in the future. I would also appreciate any consideration you can offer regarding compensation for the inconvenience experienced. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Breakfast was great and the location was decent. Price for the room was great.

The poor service from the receptionist who gave us a run around and told us availability of room was not possible due to the special valentine day weekend as if we just walk in without a reservation . We made a reservation beforehand for a king suite. The receptionist assigned us to a double queen bed of what was available. She was lying after I complain and showed her our reservation confirmation King suite that the room was available. She then assigned us to the right room finally. She was not very accommodating us a customer service representative. Bad experience to start the day.
