InTown Suites Extended Stay Decatur AL

Check in was quick, the room was better than hoped for, spacious and very clean. There are three restaurants, maybe four within two minutes walk, all good restaurants and give you a discount if you say where you are staying. Most definitely will stay there again if in the area on the next trip.

This place offers a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans a sink and big fridge. We were amazed and wished we had more time to enjoy the room.

Due to health reasons I am limited in where I may eat. Therefore I use the kitchen facilities here and it is a boon to be able to fix my own meals.

If you arrive late you are out of luck. They close their office at 9PM. You better hope someone is there to let you in your room. We were there 30 minutes trying to find someone to help us. My mom finally found an obscure piece of paper that had a phone number on it. A lady came out of one of the rooms with a dog and said she had nothing for us. I told her she better because I had a confirmation number! She finally found a note from someone else saying that they had already checked us in. Room was fine. The hotel states there is free breakfast, no breakfast was offered. Instead they offer you 10% discount at 3 restaurants that are not open for breakfast. Definitely won't recommend this place or stay there again.

No elevator. spouse on oxygen we had to carry her medical supplies up and down the stairs. received unsolicited wake up calls at 4 am and were told to unplug the phone there was nothing that could be done about it. Also offered free continental breakfast that also was not provided. I would not choose this hotel again.

The staff was not nice at all. The room is clean and the beds are good. No breakfast; the staff was not there from 9PM-9Am. the staff was not nice at all.

we book this hotel every year on labor day weekend and will keep coming back. Every year they have trouble with our online booking however very professional and really enjoy the hotel... we did not use the pool this time but last time we were here it was a tad on the small side. on the grab and go breakfast wish they would have had more healthy items. but over all a great stay for the price...

Beds was just right I normally stay in a Marriott. But I tell you I woke up like I was in a Marriott. Nice & very clean. Friendly you women who checked us in. Very polite. She has great customer Service even the housekeepers.

lobby was dirty, furniture worn out, no place to place key. At check in lady was rude. On leaving other lady very polite. Other staff was extremely polite and helpful. No real breakfast food . Overall, stay was good. Would possibly stay again.
