InTown Suites Extended Stay Decatur AL

Stayed two nights, spent first day visiting, second night arose early to continue my journey.

We were not told that we had to bring toilet paper. Had three in our room and had two plates 2 forks two of everything. no pans . Not good info about things to bring. Had to ask for a frying pan. if you have two queen beds you would think the supplies would before the three of us.

I had a kitchenette, quite, nice bed, cable TV. I would stay again.

Was only there for 1 night but would definitely recommend for multiple nights. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc. It's cheaper to eat in!

Since I was traveling for business, the staff are truly unbelievable and accommodating. Very outgoing and customer focused.

After following Google Maps, it took me several tries to find the way into the motel. But after we found it, we were very impressed. Very nice room with a lot of amenities.

Evidently this hotel has some sort of agreement with a local truck driving school to have students stay there. The one evening we stayed, one of the drivers staying above us had his kids with him. They were running around in their room until after midnight. I called the posted number for late check ins to report the noise about 11pm and nothing seemed to change until I finally fell asleep about 1am. I was awoken about 6am to the noise of someone running around in the room above us again. As soon as someone came into the office at 9am I cancelled my reservation for the next two nights and checked out.

Not enough supplies in room and no staff on duty. Couldn't check out, left key in room. Hope they don't charge me for a key. Will go back to staying at quality inn next door.

Hotel was run down and dirty. Smelled of mildew.

Site states office open until 10:00 pm...we got there at 9:30 after driving all day to find that the office closed at 9:00pm. Dialed 0 to get the operator as instructed in lobby for the phone to ring in the office...which was closed. Finally found another notice to call a different number which was answered and someone came to give us our keys. Another couple waiting in the lobby had made reservations through their app and were declined a room because they made it after the office closed. The attendant was very rude and acted like she was being put out by our being there. Front door to the lobby did not lock as it was supposed to. Carpets throughout were filthy, room smelled. No elevator which made lugging my families luggage up to the room difficult. Only plus was the beds were comfy.
