Love the property remodel and how nice it looks.

There wasn't any breakfast, or even coffee provided in the room or lobby. The only thing that was nice was the size of the extremely dated room. Jay the maintenance man was extremely professional and helpful throughout my stay.

The only online pictures that were true, were the ones of the front of the building and the pool. The hotel was under construction. I got to listen to cement cutters running in the hallway until almost midnight on week days. Due to the construction the key fob system was broke. So every morning after taking my daughter to school I would be locked out of the building, and would have to wait for another guest to sporadically come out. The manager is not there to open the door or call until 11 a.m. Then once in the building, the maintenence worker would have to personally unlock my room. I stayed 2 weeks and was only given 1 roll of toilet paper and 4 towels for 2 people. I was also not given any trash bags and had to take my own garbage out to the dumpster. I also had to pay a $2.50 "linen" charge daily, even though they only change your bed and clean your room once a week! Why did I stay 2 weeks? Because I prepaid and they refused to honor any refunds. The manager was enforcing mask mandates that were lifted months ago. She kept saying "we are in the red", which was a complete lie according to the CDC website she provided. Due to this unnecessary "covid" enforcement the gorgeous pool was kept locked the entire time I was there. No one is rarely in the office, so when you arrive you have to call the manager and then wait around outside until she can come open the door and actually register the guest. Also, the manager is only on-site from 11 to 7. It should be mandatory for hotels to disclose active construction on-site, and illegal for them to enforce outdated mandatories. I feel like this place used fraudulent and false advertising. I will never use booking.com again!!

We had no issues at all with the accommodations. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious enough for an extended stay.

The staff is amazing. The comfort is great! The only thing that would make it perfect would be continental breakfast!

Young lady at front desk was good. Hotel manager was rude and unprofessional. Room was not disgusting but it isn’t what I would call clean.

Hotel is very run down and hallways smelt gross most of the time, but staff was friendly and rooms werent to bad. I wouldnt go out at night alone though.

Very poor service and had roaches in my room, staff wasn’t really helpful, smelled like smoke, and sheets didn’t fit the beds at ALL
