Days Inn by Wyndham Louisburg

This was the worst stay ever! We can say one thing - nice bed. Then there was... 1. no elevator and we had to insist on first floor 2. no "breakfast item" 3. people sleeping on the furniture in the lobby 4. no smoking? The hall reeked of it! 5. $50 damage deposit! 6. Absolutely no receipt of deposit at check-in. 7. Handwritten receipt at check-out ... only after my insistence! 8. Some kind of brown gunk in the shower. 9. two electric outlets with wires exposed. 10. disgusting rusty vent cover in the bathroom. 11. holes in ceiling in hallway with hundreds of electric wires exposed. 12. peeling and moldy wallpaper in the hallway We stayed in better hotels in rundown areas of Okinawa and Bahrain! This place should be condemned.

Power tools all over property not secured, phones didn't work and had to ask for hor water 3 separate times during our stay. Was never given a reason for the inconvenience or a solution for our trouble.

that was the problem they did not tell me that there would not be any BREAKFAST and i was suppose to get 30$ back but i did not get it!

The BREAKFAST was always good but i had to bye it for those days i stayed but i will come again

Roaches EVERYWHERE! Me and my family had to leave immediately!

Room door was unlocked and lock wasn’t working. Microwave dirty and rusted inside, fridge dirty, floor dirty, bathroom dirty , exhaust fan not working

I didn’t like the fact that continental breakfast was advertised but there was never any. Had to leave the hotel to get breakfast. Had to keep after management to clean my room and provide me with fresh towels and wash cloths. Minor issues to some, important to me!
