This place is disgusting.... I waited at front desk for 20 min for an employee to come check me in and while I was waiting I went to use the bathroom in lobby and the toilet was clogged and smelled like someone died in there.... room bed has stains and floors are extremely sticky like the previous person spilled soda everywhere... stay clear of this place. Also an employee kept stomping up and down the hallway for no reason.

Terrible place they call a "hotel" rooms are disgusting. Floors are sticky and bed is full of stains. For the price I was expecting something a lot better than this place. Definitely needs better management.

No. Breakfast as advertised, no Internet ATM in plugged. Send us to another one it was down also.bed and shower, with no bed bugs. All I can say for it.

There is no tub like the picture I thought the more money you spend the better the room but no. There is no tub in corner you come into smashed bugs on wall. Tub has not been cleaned and towels and clothes look as to have been used.

The property overall is okay and the manager is nice and helpful, but the rooms could be cleaner and the air conditioning units are filthy. I have stayed at this location 3 times and each time the A/C filters were clogged and unit had disgusting black gunk.

Bare rooms. No breakfast served as advertised. Lots of noise at night (seems a lot of maintenance Like laundry is done at night with noisy washers and dryers and maintenance carts). Staff not enthusiastic - lackluster. Fact that hotel was undergoing renovation may Have contributed- but renovation was not Included in its advertising

Our stay was not what expected. The bathroom had mole above the shower wall and showerhead was not working properly. No continental breakfast was served.

The staff/manager was helpful and friendly. We had a handicap room and were provided with a shower bench before we even entered our room. We had a great stay overall.

I ended up here one night a few weeks ago out of pure desperation (it is the ONLY option in Louisburg) - I would have been better off sleeping in the car. The room was incredibly depressing and half empty. The phone didn't work and the bed was very uncomfortable. When I asked about the "included" breakfast the next morning, I was told, "Oh, we aren't offering breakfast today." My request for some discount for the missing meal was flatly denied. Oh well, there is a Waffle House just down the street, so I made the best of an unpleasant situation and moved on with my day.
