Toppenish Inn and Suites

Quiet night, no elevator for those who need it. I didn’t but putting it here for those who may need it but don’t know before booking.

Door didn't latch without extra force, food still in fridge (shrimp!), front desk wanted copy of hotels.com receipt to prove I'd paid. Not willing to trust pool/hot tub cleanliness based on rest of facility. Travel the extra time and stay in Yakima.

Horrible selection of “continental breakfast” (worst I’ve experienced at any hotel that offered it), there was a flea hopping around in the sink when I went to use it (I washed it down the drain) and hairs on the bedding, and someone started vacuuming in the 10 PM and 4 AM hours outside my room and making all kinds of other noises in the next room. The room itself wasn’t terrible overall, aside from the previously mentioned issues — I wasn’t expecting an in-room jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise; although I didn’t end up using it… Also, the heating / air conditioning unit needs upgrade. If I have another job in this town, I won’t stay here…

The bed was comfortable but the fan ran all night in the bathroom.

Hot tub was not working, no internet so no tv, room was clean just very smelly in the room beds were comfy, staff was great but had us on 2 nd level & no elevator so has to change rooms over all ok for the price

Just an overnight. Breakfast was a little disappointing but everything else was very nice
