"Excellent"

The faucet in the bathroom dripped. They let us change room. In the new room the mini fridge would turn on making a clicking noise from time to time.

Kelli at the counter was simply amazing! She has a great personality and definitely starts your visit off on a great note!

The trash cans were super tiny. For a 5 night stay it's just not gonna cut it. The pullout couch wasn't bad but you can tell it might need a replacement soon

This is a great stay for the value. KELLY was at the front desk and was EXTREMELY helpful and always had a smile on her face when passing through the lobby( 10 out of 10 all the way for her)!!!!! HOWEVER, another front desk staff(young girl, was unable to see her name) was extremely rude, spoke over me and was more concerned with getting her point across rather than listening to questions. She was so obnoxious that I told her to "take it down a notch" to which she rolled her eyes, and continued to present in a rude and condescending manner. Not a good person to have to interact with after a long trip! If it wasn't for Kelly, I would have only given customer service a one. This young girl needs to learn how to properly interact with guests, it is not her strong suit!
