"Thomas Is The Best !!"

I had such a great experience thanks thomas who helped me at check-in. He was very kind, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s not often you come across someone who treats you with genuine care and respect, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. This type of customer service really makes a difference—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very polite and helpful staff, they let me check in early and special thanks to Darla from housekeeping, she made sure my room was very clean and ready early & on such short notice. She said to let her know if I needed anything and explained about the complimentary laundry service because I had said I had a bunch I needed to get done. The room was nice and quiet & comfy. I plan to stay here longer like for a week and go to the casinos again once I save up

The only problem I had was this hotel had a hidden fee of a $50 refundable deposit and I was not made aware of that until I got there

"It was HORRIBLE it’s not what it looks like on the pictures the rooms are out dated I moved 3 different rooms I opened t"

They had roaches the hotel wasn’t livable the latch to secure the room while I sleep was broken the microwave didn’t work there were hole in the walls

My key wouldn’t work because the door lock was broken so the manager had to let me in every time I left the room. No hot water so I had to take a cold shower. No coffee within 3 miles of the hotel.

"We had a very nice stay, rooms clean, staff great, especially front desk ladies ,put out good welcoming energy"

When me and my girlfriends arrived we were greeted wit warm welcome front desk clerk she had us in and out so quickly it was nice, to get in our room then we seen how clean the rooms are it's nice to know some hotels still take time to show in the appearance of their property . It's affordable ,and clean , and someone at the front desk 24/7 that's nice. Look forward to coming back in September. Great staff all the way around but especially Ms. Candy she's great at her job. Need more Hotels with Staff Members like here at Travelodge by Wyndham in Shreveport.

"Everything was great room was clean bed was comfortable all staff was helpfull"

The office staff was amazing. Ms Yvonne greeted me with a smile positive up beat very sweet and was very present very helpful and check in was a breeze. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was great even gave me great directions to a good eating spot. SHE is amazing
